Hi friends!
Here's a 25-minute feel-good yoga class. The first 15 minutes we move and flow and the last 10 minutes we relax and stretch.
It's great to do anytime, especially if you're tired but still want to move, breathe, and stretch out. Just follow along and do what feels best for your body.
You don't need any props but if you enjoy using them please do.
