In Person Classes

STC Sorgenfri in Malmö

I teach at the STC Sorgenfri gym in Malmö. A beautiful 5-floor gym with lots of light and a great outdoor rooftop area.

While the primary teaching language at the gym is Swedish, I am always happy to teach in English whenever necessary.

Schedule

Fall 2026

• Mondays: 19:00–20:00, Yin Yoga

• Saturdays: 10:00–11:15, Yoga Flow (Hatha/Vinyasa)
