Hi friends!

Today's practice is a 12-minute gentle morning flow. It's also great as a warm-up before a more extended class. I hope this quick practice makes you feel good in both body and mind. (Filmed outside on my mother-in-law's patio in New Zealand )

No props are needed but use them if you have them or enjoy using them.
