ONLINE CLASSES

Office Yoga Stretch: A 20-minute convenient session practiced at or near a desk.

Office Yoga Flow: A 45-minute mat-based class with movement and deep breathing, perfect for energizing the body and calming the mind.

Office Yin Yoga: A 45-minute mat-class to release tension in the body an create space for mental relaxation.

Guided Relaxation & Meditation: Tailored sessions focusing on stress relief, mental clarity, or deep relaxation.

IN PERSON CLASSES

Use the contact form below to share your team’s needs and goals. We can also hop on a call to discuss what would work best for your schedule, whether that’s regular sessions or a one-time wellness workshop.

Choose Your Format
You can select from a variety of class styles—Desk Yoga, Office Flow, Yin Yoga, or Meditation—and session lengths, ranging from short classes to longer, in-depth classes.

Set Up Your Package
We’ll create a custom package that fits your needs, including 4-12 class bundles, seasonal term packages (spring/fall), or standalone events.

Flexible Options
Classes are available in English and Swedish, and I offer in-person sessions in Malmö and surrounding areas.

Get Started
Once we’ve tailored your plan, we’ll schedule the dates, and you’re all set! I’ll bring everything needed to create an engaging, calming space for your team.
